I'm Amy
I have been married to my charming husband for 23 years and have 2 incredible children. I was fortunate to have a son and a daughter who I love with all my heart (even as teenagers.)
I grew up in Southern California where I spent a lot of time swimming in the ocean and enjoying the warm sand. These days I cherish a quiet walk on the beach with a beautiful sunset.
If you haven't noticed by now, I am completely obsessed with the beauty and energy of crystals. They help raise my vibe and make me happy. I would love nothing more than to show people how to use them to improve their lives like I have.
After working on my own personal development for several years, I finally found the right combination of tools that helped me learn to love myself, enjoy my life, and appreciate the small things. It's my absolute passion to help others do the same, so I invite you all to join me on this incredible wave of life.
How it all started...
When I was in my late teens, I switched from wanting a career in sports medicine and went to school to learn sports massage instead. That's where I was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine, chakras, and energy work among other holistic healing practices.
I started out working with professional athletes and celebrities, absolutely loving my job. After a few years in my holistic profession, I was unfortunately hit by a big rig and was no longer able to continue with that career.
Beyond my accident, I experienced many traumas and health issues in my life. After working hard to overcome them, I felt a strong desire to help other women do the same. I pulled from my experience of holistic healing and came up with a mix of tools that have helped me move through tough times. The strategies I used for my own healing as well as for others is incorporated into all of my courses and programs. I am grateful and thrilled to be teaching these skills to help other women achieve greatness and live their best lives as well.

Some fun facts about me...
I like to be silly and goofy. I don't act my age most of the time.
I love slightly raunchy comedies, especially with John Cena.
I am an absolute animal lover. Furry creatures are my favorite, but I also like snakes and lizards.
The ocean is my happy place. I love snorkeling and have even swam with dolphins and stingrays in the wild.
I am obsessed with Mexican food and ice cream.
While I'm not a big drinker, I enjoy going to wineries for the nature and ambiance they offer.
